Workday Change Leadership Video

In my communications role at AssuredPartners, I led the creation of this leadership announcement video as part of our Workday implementation communications. The video introduced a transition in HR project ownership. I collaborated on the theme and script, coached on delivery, and maintained an energetic, engaging tone throughout production. My responsibilities included recording, editing, and directing the video to ensure the message was both clear and compelling during a key stage of organizational change.

This project was executed entirely remotely, with team members located across different time zones, which required careful coordination and clear communication to keep the momentum and energy consistent.
